CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME IS ONE WEEK (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS). DUE TO CURRENT COVID-19 VIRUS, EXPECT DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT. I AM CURRENTLY SHIPPING ONLY ONCE A WEEK TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING. PLEASE EXPECT AN ADDITIONAL 3-4 DAYS TRANSIT TIME FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS!
**Customer is responsible to make sure their shipping info and items they are purchasing are correct. I will not exchange or refund your item if you ordered incorrectly or your item is delivered to the wrong address due to customer entering wrong shipping info.**
What are your return policies?
All sales are final! If you receive a damaged package, please reach out to me at thepintrovert@gmail.com
I will not replace damaged packages that are not reported within 7 days of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Items are shipped out once a week. From then, due to the current pandemic, domestic orders can take up to a week to arrive. International orders, please expect a delivery time of 3-4 weeks.
All domestic orders will receive tracking information. Please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
I think my package is lost! What should I do?
Please contact me ASAP if you think your package has been lost in transit. Although I am not responsible for the delivery of your package once it is scanned by USPS, I will do whatever I can to try and help you locate your package!
Please make sure all shipping info is correct at checkout!
